Coates Hire - Made Easy

Coates Hire has redesigned our Invoices, Hire Agreement and Price books to make it easier for you.

Our invoice now provides more detailed information in an organised manner which is easier for you to navigate, understand and reconcile.

Variations in rate calculations and pricing have also been simplified for you. A number of reference indicators have been introduced to explain the reasons that your agreed rates have been adjusted.

New payment options have recently been added for your convenience. These are shown in the payment information box at the bottom of the last invoice page. In addition to the usual options of paying by EFT, cheque or credit card, you can now also pay using BPAY® or our online payment service available via our website.
