How Coates Hire has helped
Streamlining
In a bid to streamline the council's equipment hire and maintenance process they asked if Coates Hire (A/H Plant Hire at the time), could help. Five years on and the partnership between Murrindindi Shire Council and Coates Hire is still going strong.
Maintenance reports
Coates Hire services, maintains and reports on all of the Murrindindi Shire’s equipment fleet; from small trucks and tractors to graders and backhoes.
On-site maintenance
Coates' extensive network and flexibility means it has been able to utilise the Shire's sheds and garages to service the council's entire fleet. Coates' highly qualified mechanics regularly visit and maintain their equipment, backed by Coates' fully equipped Benalla W/S.
Range
Coates' Hire has supplied Murrindindi Shire with an extensive range of equipment including; utes, water trucks, backhoes, graders, compaction gear and smaller gear such as access and booms.
Bush fire support
Coates Hire also had considerable involvement in supporting Murrindindi Shire through the 2009 bushfires, with the Benalla Branch servicing the SES for whole of Victoria.
