The Coates Hire Strathpine Branch Opening Specials

The Promotion starts on Monday 1 July 2019 and ends on 31 July 2019 (Promotional Period).

2.1.To be eligible to enter, individuals must an Eligible Item of Equipment(s) from the Coates Hire Strathpine Branch [181-189 South Pine Road, Brendale QLD 4500] (Strathpine Branch) under a Hire Agreement; in one of the following ways:

1. In-store: visit the Strathfield Branch to make an Eligible Hire within the Promotional Period;

2. Phone: call 13 15 52 and leave the requested details, noting the Strathpine Branch by 5pm on 31 July 2019

     (“Eligible Hire”)

2.2 Eligible entrants are those entrants who:

1. receive written confirmation from Coates Hire that their Hire Agreement has been approved; and
2. comply with the Terms of Hire throughout the Promotional Period (including but not limited to payment terms)

  2.3 Eligible Hire does not include the purchase of consumables or sale items nor does it include Customers with a current pricing arrangement, other hire companies and original equipment manufacturers.  

2.4 Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions.  

2.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

1. Application Forms that are not received by the Promoter; and
2. entrants not receiving approval from the Promoter in respect of this Promotion.

  2.6 This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

3.1 In this clause 3, the following terms have the following corresponding meanings:

1. Equipment has the meaning given to that term in clause 2 of the Terms of Hire.
2. Hire Charge has the meaning given to that term in clause 2 of the Terms of Hire.
3. Other Charges means the charges described in clause 6 of the Terms of Hire.

3.2 The Promoter agrees to apply the following discounts on the following items of Equipment for the Promotional Period (Offer):

3.3 For hires between 1-4 days a 30 day PAR rate will apply with  approx. maximum discount from 1 day           rate up to 25%;

3.4 For hires between 5-30 days a 30 day PAR rate will apply with approx. maximum discount from 5 day           rate = 12%;

3.5 For hires over 30 days a 90 day PAR rate will apply;

3.6 For hires over 90 days, no further discount apart from a 90-day PAR rate will apply.

3.7 For clarity, the Offer cannot be used to offset any damages claimed from the entrant by the Promoter     in respect of Equipment that has been lost, stolen or damaged while on hire to the entrant.

3.8 Multiple entries are accepted; however, each entry must independently comply with these Conditions.

3.9 The Offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

3.10 If non-Eligible Items of Equipment are hired with Eligible Items of Equipment, the non-Eligible Items of Equipment will be charged at the full Hire Charge.

3.11 The Offer does not apply to Delivery Charges.

3.12 The Offer, or any part of the Offer, that has not been used by the Eligible Entrant in accordance with            these Conditions by 31 July 2019, will expire at 5pm on that date.

4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

4.2 Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for all losses, damages and costs suffered by the Promoter as a result of the entrant’s breach of these Conditions.  

4.3 If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative offer or offers to the same value as an original offer or offers, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.  

4.4 The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion.  

4.5 As a condition of entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
